If the jewelry arrived damaged you can choose between a full refund or exchange it for another piece of the same value. The damaged piece has to be returned in order to get either of the options mention above.
In the case of 'lost delivery'  I can only provide you with a full refund if it was delivered with the Registered Post option (please note that Registered Post has an extra cost)
